Hi, I'm Mogene.

I run The Parallel Office as a one-woman studio out of Utah. I help small service businesses fill their pipeline with qualified leads, through cold outreach, lead reactivation, and CRM systems that don't sound like a robot wrote them. I also streamline the systems behind it all so your day stops getting eaten by manual busywork.

Most people in this space sell tools. I sell the deliverable: booked calls on your calendar. What's running in the background, the outreach sequences, the CRM workflows, the follow-up automations, is my problem to solve, not yours to learn.

The point isn't clever automation, it's booked calls, reactivated revenue, and hours back in your week. I build the outreach, sequences, and CRM flows that produce those results, and I make sure they still sound like you so the leads actually reply.

  • A tool reseller. I'll never push software I wouldn't use myself.

    Audit

    A 15-minute call + a quick look at your current pipeline. I'll tell you which of the five services would move the needle fastest, even if it's not the one you came in asking for.

    I write the copy, build the sequences, and wire up the CRM. You review and approve. No long agency timelines, no SOWs in triplicate.

    Run + tune

    Campaigns go live. I watch the metrics weekly and tune what's landing. Replies come to you (or to me, then to you, your call).
