Hi, I'm Mogene.
I run The Parallel Office as a one-woman studio. I've spent years inside CRMs, automation tools, and AI workflows for service businesses — and I've watched a lot of them get it almost-but-not-quite right.
Most automation work feels like it's been done by someone who's never met a customer. Robotic emails. "Hi {first_name}" with no fallback. Sequences that fire at 2am and apologize for it.
My obsession is the opposite: AI in the background, a real human voice in the foreground. I build systems that move data and dollars without you sounding like one of those weird LinkedIn bots.
What I'm great at
- Setting up GoHighLevel like a sales operator, not a tinkerer
- Reactivating "dead" lead lists with messages that feel like a real human noticed you
- Designing onboarding flows that delight new clients in the first 48 hours
- Writing AI prompts and brand voice docs that hold up over months of use
What I'm not
- An agency. There's no junior account manager forwarding your email.
- A tool reseller. I'll never push software I wouldn't use myself.
- A funnel hacker. If your offer doesn't make sense, automation won't save it.
Outside the laptop
I'm whimsical, a little chaotic, and unreasonably devoted to the color purple. I think creativity belongs at work, and I think most "professional" voices are needlessly stiff. If your brand has a personality, I'll protect it.
